The GMACWM is a Fellowship of God’s people comprising independent churches, ministries, bishops, other ministers, officers and members uniting in Christian love and moving in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ around the globe. It is an umbrella body and ecumenical institution for independent churches and ministries joined in fellowship by the love of Christ our Lord to spread his gospel and take God’s love and healing to the people and nations of the world. The GMACWM provides for universally common communion of Apostolic Charismatic Fellowship Church (ACFC) worldwide. It also unites and collaborates with all Christian communities and organisations of like mind across the globe, maintaining and fostering ecumenical relations with other ecumenical bodies. It believes in the Apostolic succession centred in Christ the Lord with a manifestation of the Holy Spirits sovereign power through which the apostolic anointing is released to believers, ministers and the body of Christ as a whole. [Acts 2:17-21, 36-39; John 14:12; 17:20-23; Luke 22:29]The Fellowship promotes, supports and strengthens Missions and Evangelism in compliance with the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ, [Mat. 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20]; it follows the footsteps of the early apostles and embraces the apostolic anointing by the Holy Spirit with a total submission to Him (the Holy Spirit) to demonstrate His sovereign power with miracles, signs and wonders in a confirmation of God’s word. [Acts 4:33; 5:12-16; 8:4-8] It takes keen interest in encouraging and supporting its ministers to carry out the tasks of spreading the gospel of Christ Jesus our Lord, feeding God’s flock and looking after their churches and ministries. Their interest, progress, success and wellbeing are given first priority because we believe that their success is ours and for the body of Christ as a whole.The Fellowship believes in unity in the body of Christ, [John 17:20-23] Christian love and commitment in complying with the Lord’s command, “My command is this, love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this that he lay down his life for friends.” [John 15:12-13] It protects and promotes interests of the members both locally, nationally and overseas, it equips and empowers ministers for the work of the kingdom of God by providing benefits as spelt out in our Handbook of Faith, Believe and Governmental Structure.
